What comes inside a SESS Nails box?
Each SESS Nails box includes 24 press-on nails in multiple sizes, 2 sheets / sets of adhesive tabs, 1 nail glue, 2 prep pads, and 1 wooden cuticle stick.
Are SESS Nails reusable?
Yes. SESS Nails are designed to be reusable if they are applied carefully, removed gently, cleaned properly, and stored well after use.
How long do they last?
Wear time depends on your nail prep, natural nail surface, lifestyle, and the method you choose. Adhesive tabs are ideal for shorter wear, while glue is better for stronger hold and longer wear.
Will press-on nails damage my natural nails?
When applied and removed properly, press-on nails are generally a gentler alternative to harsher nail systems. Proper prep and gentle removal matter.
How do I apply SESS Nails?
Wash and dry your hands, prep your natural nails using the prep pad, gently push back cuticles, select the right size for each nail, apply an adhesive tab or a small amount of glue, and press each nail firmly for 10–15 seconds.
How do I remove them?
Do not force removal. Soak your hands in warm water for a few minutes and gently lift the edges using the wooden cuticle stick. Remove slowly and carefully.
Are they waterproof?
They are made for everyday wear and can handle normal day-to-day activity. However, rough use, excessive moisture exposure, oils, and poor prep may reduce wear time.
What if I am between two sizes?
If you are between sizes, choosing the slightly smaller size usually gives a neater and more natural-looking fit.
Do you offer returns?
No. We do not offer regular returns. Because of hygiene reasons, opened, used, worn, or unsealed products are not eligible for return.
Do you offer exchanges?
No general exchanges are possible. Replacement is possible only if you receive a sealed product that is damaged on arrival or the wrong sealed product, and only if the issue is reported within 48 hours with proper proof.
Do you offer refunds?
No. SESS Nails does not provide refunds.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Email support@sessnails.com within 48 hours of delivery and share your order number, issue details, product photos, packaging photos, and a full unboxing video. If your claim is approved, you must send the sealed product back to our address at your own expense. Once we receive and verify it, we will ship a replacement.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Do you ship across India?
Yes. We currently ship within India only.
Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free on orders above ₹2,000. For orders below ₹2,000, applicable shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout.
How soon are orders dispatched?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2
business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 12 PM IST may be
processed the next business day.
Do I need to record an unboxing video?
Yes. If there is any damage, incorrect product, or missing-item issue, a proper unboxing video is strongly required to support the claim.
How should I store them after use?
After removal, gently clean off any adhesive residue and place the nails back in their original tray or box to help preserve their shape and finish.
