We want your order to reach you smoothly, safely, and on time.
This policy explains how SESS Nails processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through our website.
1. Shipping Region
We currently ship within India only.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed after 12 PM IST may be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or the channel used during checkout.
3. Shipping Options
Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery timeline: 2–7 business days
Free on orders above ₹1,999
For orders below ₹1,999, applicable shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout.
Express Shipping
Estimated delivery timeline: 1–3 business days
Charge: ₹149
4. Delivery Timelines
Shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, courier network delays, public holidays, local disruptions, high order volumes, or other events beyond our control.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details.
Please note that tracking updates are managed by the courier network and may sometimes take time to reflect accurately.
6. Address Changes and Order Modifications
Any request to change the shipping address or modify an order must be made before the order is packed or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change:
● the shipping address,
● recipient details,
● products ordered,
● quantity ordered,
● shipping method selected.
7. Delivery Issues
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, building security, or household members.
If you still cannot locate the shipment, contact us within 24 hours of the marked delivery date.
8. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To raise a valid claim, please email support@sessnails.com and include:
● your order number,
● a clear description of the issue,
● clear photos of the product received,
● clear photos of the outer packaging,
● a full unboxing video starting from the moment the package is opened.
Claims without sufficient proof may not be accepted.
9. Returned-to-Origin Orders
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to respond to courier communication, it may be treated as a return-to-origin shipment.
In such cases, reshipping may be possible only after payment of additional shipping charges, if applicable.
