Return & Replacement Policy

At SESS Nails, we take product quality and order accuracy seriously.

Because our products are beauty products intended for personal use, and because hygiene matters, we do not allow open-use returns.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. General Policy

SESS Nails does not offer refunds.

SESS Nails does not offer exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, design preference, size preference, or any other preference-based reason.

Replacement is possible only in limited cases where:

●      the product received is damaged at the time of delivery, or

●      the wrong product has been delivered.


2. Eligibility for Replacement

To qualify for a replacement, all of the following conditions must be met:

●      the product must be unused, sealed, and in its original condition,

●      all original packaging must remain intact,

●      the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery,

●      proof of purchase must be available,

●      clear photographic evidence and a proper unboxing video must be provided.


3. Non-Eligible Cases

The following are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund under any circumstances:

●      used or worn products,

●      opened or unsealed products,

●      products damaged after delivery due to handling,

●      damage caused by incorrect application or forceful removal,

●      normal wear and tear,

●      dissatisfaction based on personal preference,

●      orders placed with incorrect shipping details,

●      claims raised after the 24-hour reporting window.


4. How the Replacement Process Works

If your claim qualifies for replacement, the process will be as follows:

  1. Email us at support@sessnails.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share your order number, issue details, product photos, packaging photos, and unboxing video.
  3. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will be asked to send the sealed damaged or wrong product to our brand address.
  4. The return shipment to our address must be arranged by you and the shipping cost must be borne by you.
  5. Once we receive the returned product and verify that it matches the approved claim, we will dispatch a replacement product.

5. No Refund Policy

SESS Nails does not provide refunds in any case.

Where a claim is approved, the only remedy available is replacement.


6. Reverse Pickup

At present, SESS Nails does not guarantee reverse pickup for damaged or wrong orders.

Customers are required to send the approved return shipment to our address at their own expense.


7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.


8. Right to Reject Claims

We reserve the right to reject any claim where:

●      the product appears used, worn, opened, unsealed, or tampered with,

●      proof is incomplete or unclear,

●      the claim is raised after the allowed time period,

●      the issue does not fall within this policy,

●      the returned product does not match the approved claim.
